Our Story
The company was established in Zevio (Verona) in 1977.
Thanks to the experience gained and to a continuous process of evolution and specialization Nuova Mimec Srl creates, plans and manufactures buckles and accessories in zamack, plastic materials and iron wire. We also produce the details: the prong and roll moulding, the component assembly and all manual processes such as strass assembly, buckle & accessories enamelling and brushing.
The production cycle that takes place entirely in Italy provides the ultimate in reliability and consistency in timing and quality. Footwear, clothing and leather goods are the main areas in which are our products but their potential can be extended to other sectors such as giftware & pet world.

Green Attitude
The REACH is a European Union Regulation concerning the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemicals usually adopted, in order to improve the protection of human health and the environment. The regulation promotes alternative methods for the risks evaluation due to chemicals and is designed to reduce the number of tests carried out on animals.
Nuova Mimec SRL declares that the manufacturing process of its products is in compliance with the rules relating to the absence or presence within the limits of candidate substances for authorization (SVHC) under REACH regulation. This statement was reinforced by acts of conformity of our raw materials and galvanic finishing suppliers. Therefore Nuova Mimec SRL guarantees for their products packaged and labeled with the words "FREE" the absence or presence within the limits of permitted substances banned or restricted by the REACH Regulation.
